Using the Halo Gifts trade portal.
Trade accounts
The portal is for business customers of Halo the Gift Co. Ltd. Every trade account is reviewed and must be approved by Halo before orders can be placed. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for orders placed with your account.
Orders
An order is confirmed only when Halo approves it. You can change or cancel an order until it is approved. Products can only be ordered while in stock. Invoices are issued separately by Halo after dispatch.
Delivery
Each delivery includes a delivery docket. Please confirm receipt in the portal or sign the docket on delivery.
