Who we are

What we collect and why
Business and contact details (company name, contact name, email, phone, VAT number, billing and delivery addresses) and your orders. We use them to assess and manage your trade account, fulfil and deliver orders, invoice you, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. The legal bases are the performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
Who we share it with
Our accounting system provider (QuickBooks, Intuit), our hosting and email providers, and couriers delivering your orders. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Account details for as long as your account is open. Order, delivery and invoice records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by Irish tax law. Unconfirmed applications are deleted automatically after 7 days. Portal notifications are kept with your account and deleted when it is closed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data (we provide it as a file), to correct it, or to have it erased. When you close your account we anonymise it: your contact details, addresses and login are removed, and only the order and invoice records we must keep for accounting remain, without contact names or email addresses.
